Lessons
I offer personalized makeup lessons for both individuals who want to learn how to do their own makeup and for artists looking to expand their skills and learn my techniques.
For personal lessons, I guide you step-by-step through creating a look that works best for your features, while teaching you how to properly use the products and tools you already have. My goal is to help you feel confident recreating your makeup on your own.
For makeup artists, lessons focus more on technique, artistry, and the methods I use when working with clients. Whether you're looking to refine your skills or learn new approaches, these sessions are designed to be educational, hands-on, and tailored to what you want to learn.
About the Artist
My love for makeup began long before I entered the beauty industry. Growing up, I spent years taking portrait painting classes where I learned to study light, color, and the natural structure of the face. That artistic foundation continues to shape my work today. In fact, I loved makeup so much as a child that I even went to kindergarten career day dressed as a makeup artist.
For many years, makeup was simply a creative passion. But after someone very close to me passed away, it became something much deeper. During one of the most difficult seasons of my life, makeup became a form of therapy — a way to process grief, reconnect with myself, and create beauty again. In many ways, artistry helped bring light back into my life.
Today, that same passion fuels everything I do.
I have trained under renowned makeup artist Lisa Opie and have worked alongside numerous professional pageant and bridal teams. With my background in portrait art, I approach every face like a canvas — carefully enhancing natural features while creating looks that photograph beautifully and feel timeless.
My brand is called True Beauty Glam because my philosophy is simple: everyone is already beautiful. My goal as an artist is not to change how someone looks, but to bring out the beauty that already exists within them and help them feel like the most confident version of themselves.
Whether I’m working with brides, pageant contestants, or clients preparing for a special event, I strive to create an elevated experience where every client feels radiant, confident, and truly seen.
To me, makeup is more than a service — it is art, connection, and transformation.
